Softball - About the Program
Coach Kennedy comes to Lindenwood – Belleville after a successful career at both University of Missouri St. Louis and Maryville University. In his 12-year collegiate coaching career, Kennedy has a record of 300-221-1. Coach Kennedy's Maryville teams made NCAA tournament appearances in 2004 & 2008, including getting their first NCAA tournament win on the same day that he collected his 300th career victory. Since 2008, Coach Kennedy has served as the head softball coach at Ursuline Academy in St. Louis. There, he led his team to a 17-11 record in 2010 and was runner-up for the district title. In 2009, his team tied for the MWAA Conference Championship.
