Lindenwood University – Belleville has been accepted into the American Midwest Conference, as announced by league administrators on Wednesday. This comes one year after being accepted into the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics as an independent institution.
The Lindenwood University-Belleville men's and women's soccer teams have been stepping off the field to team up with an Union Elementary School that sits just yards away from the LU – Belleville campus.
The Lindenwood – Belleville women’s soccer program is set to name a new head coach for the 2013 season. Dan Hogan will continue coaching the men’s squad, while LU – Belleville will name a new head coach for the women’s team within the week.
