Lindenwood University – Belleville has been accepted into the American Midwest Conference, as announced by league administrators on Wednesday. This comes one year after being accepted into the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics as an independent institution.
Belleville, Ill. – Following an impressive fall season for Lindenwood – Belleville Athletics, which included two USCAA National Championship Titles, the Lynx placed several athletes from various sports on All-American and All-Academic teams.
Lindenwood University-Belleville’s men’s golf team earned first place at the USCAA Golf National Championship 2011 that took place October 10 and 11 at Penn State.

After two days of outstanding play, the team has become the first LU – Belleville squad to place at the United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) national tournament by taking second on Tuesday.
